Where can i buy sleeping pills - i.e Nytol or whatever

Last time i came to HK it was by train so i overlooked the jetlag/time difference - and now im having trouble getting a good nights sleep!

I've done the "if its monday it must be LA" routine and all I can say is .. stay up till 2AM in the bar and your body clock will readjust very quickly.

Sleeping pills will require a prescription.. I don't think the local pharmacies will be too cavalier about this one, given possible abuse / misuse.

Head off to Wellcome and pick up a pack of Camomile tea; cheaper and no prescription needed.

And far more effective.

Be careful (about overuse) but you can buy Stilnox (Zolpidem) at pretty much any Hong Kong pharmacy. It is similar to Ambient but I usually only take 1/2 a pill.

Go out and get some "Moments with Your Friends Tea" this is the name brand of the tea and this will knock u down.
