That's a bit too much and makes you wonder what sort of people go to California.

I go to Fitness First, no one has asked to join me in the shower yet. *phew*

Apart from that, I find it okay so far as it's not too crowded at FF in Sheung Wan.

The Trainers at FF do not offer any help neither. They simply do not see you unless you pay them for those training sessions.

Upon joining, I was entitled to 2 PT sessions for free, but it's just a waste of my time as the guy just couldn't wait til the end of the second session to sell me the paid sessions.

Needless to say, the guy doesn't even say hi to me anymore since I refused to buy the package.

I'm currently paying $499 per month, with a 1-year commitment.
I heard the sign-up fee is $1 now (yes, ONE HK DOLLAR).

my Hk friend goes to California fitness for only $250 a month. Unlimited... any day any time... yes... there is a price for expats, and a price for locals.
