| thanks everyone for your help. I have made a contact at Sallmann who will show me around in Oct. so will get more ideas about areas then. We have approx 70k pm but are still negitiating... we ideally would like a town house as I have not lived in a flat since my teen years and am not sure I could cope with the noise if someopne was doing this if the floors are not well insulated. Is noise a common problem ?? we are thinking about repulse bay / stanley as both areas apear quite relaxed - am I getting the wrong impression?? |

| Usually, the floors are well insulated (for the flat I have been in) right now, i am living in a building of 30 floors of cellars... Few days ago, I have been in South bay tower for a meeting and the site is super nice. No noise, very calm. yeah, I think repulse bay should be a good choice. When you live inside cities, it can be very noisy. |
