Please Help!! Visa/Immigration Disaster!

Does anyone have details for a company that specialises in immigration / visa issues for domestic helpers? I am trying to employ a DH who has had her papers rejected (in HK now) and has been told she has to go back to the Philipines tomorrow. I am trying to find out how we can get an extension for her to sort out the problem without her having to leave the country.
Her current visa expires tomorrow.
Thanks for your help!!
V.

Best to ask her to get her friends to recommend an agency.

DH visas are pretty much specialist and the agencies can spot the reasons why they've been rejected.

Vegemite,

Has she been terminated? Cos from what I understand terminated DHs have to leave HK and you or a friend of hers will need to submit her application on her behalf. Processing takes 6-8 weeks.

Thanks for the advice. We have managed to get a 2 week extension as a visitor for her to sort out the paperwork. I can't believe they were going to just throw her out after many years living in Hong Kong! I've been here a few weeks and was treated with more consideration. Anyway - it should all be ok which is the main thing.
