let me at the hummus!! So does anyone have a good recipe for hummus? I love it, short of going back to the Middle East for my hummus shot, I wouldn't mind making it myself.

There's a shop called Healthy delight that sells Hummus in packs; just add water and that's it. Tasts really yummy and you can always spice it up according to your tastes with additional fresh hearbs, oil etc. Healthy Delight Rm 1102 Luk Yu Bldg, 24-26 Stanley Street Central Tel. 2525 9128 e-mail nc@healthydelight.net www.healthydelight.net Call before you go since they won't have Hummus on stock all the time (popular item). Otherwise there's great Hummus in the Kebab Place called Beyrouth on Lyndhurst Terrace. The owners make it fresh every day and it ABSOLUTELY BEATS Eberneezers in Wan Chai (which in my opinion is the worst in town). Regards

When in Rome.... Substitute hummus with preserved bean curd. This is available in all supermarkets- small cubes of tofu immersed in wine and sesame oil - just spoon out a couple of cubes and some of the liquid and spread it out like hummus I particularly like it with papadoms There is also a Hot preserved bean curd.
