Yep, like I always say, always avoid PCCW at all costs. Their service is the worst I've ever seen, anywhere. Lets hope the SCMP run with this, and the thousands of other complaints that must exist about this company, and get them to stand to account for their actions.

Good luck to your daughter's university study too. Wouldn't worry about it too much though, for if she fails her course miserably at least there's be a nice exec job at PCCW to fall back on.

Personally I've been very happy with the customer service from PCCW over the 6 years I have been here. Certainly it has been far better than the alternatives.

And at the end of the day, this is Shri/KIA's toy - he can run it any way he likes.

Simply because you're being a prick about it. Like our terms of service says .. we will not be a venue for problem resolution. You have posted this in one thread and I've sent the thread to PCCW management for comment.

You've then insisted on posting your shite several times over and have not taken a hint ....
