Qn: Any Non-HKers without HK ID Card married in HK with their own Travel Passport? I know about the rules/law from the immigration dept, further experience and information will be welcome! Thanks.

Me? I don't understand the gist of the question. Does it mean - you believe you can't get married in HK without a HK ID card? I believe that a legitimate - un-expired - Passport is sufficient evidence for registering a marriage. It is - after all - a legal document identifying the holder.

My husband was holding an EU passport when we got married in HK in 2004, everything went smooth, no trouble no nothing. Hope this helps.
