Hello KitKat!

Bands at Underground play 30 minute sets with maximum 15 minutes in-between the bands. At Edge, we have to finish by 11pm.
At Venue (the Underground we have on the last Thursday of each month) - we usually have 5 bands - often a support acoustic kicks the evening off and it usually runs to around 11:30- 11:45pm.

I personally agree!! It's just US musicians I know, think your band must be REALLY GOOD to play a Hard Rock Cafe so they are always impressed when I say Thinking Out Loud (one of my bands) played there for a month (2003) hahahahahahaha They were pretty uncomfortable gigs!

I moved from the US and personally have never heard any musicians say something good about the Hard Rock Cafe.

Not a legitimate music venue. Corporation place, exclusively for tourists who don't know better (and think Green Day are SOO punk rock)...

FYI, I know it's way advance notice but don't miss the Rockit Festival coming in November. Feeder and Brian Jonestown Massacre have been confirmed to play. I've seen BJM a couple of times in San Francisco and they're definitely worth checking out.

Shows are unpredictable as Anton (yeah, it's really his name) is likely to go off, intentionally causing provocation with the audience. Mr. Anton squared off with Mr. Me at one of the shows. Music is kind of psychedelic rock (ala Byrds 12 string acoustic). Who knows what havoc they will bring.
