Cable TV -- Comes in over a wired connection, usually from Hong Kong Cable TV, Now Broadband TV etc.

Sat or SMATV: Involves a dish placed somewhere in your building.

Have a feeling both of them have ABC (its free .. no one would pay for it anyways..)

I've got Cabletv.com... and I DO!

Not too bad though, $120/month to stay in touch with all the football back home. Their news is very high standard too, its good to get a different pov to the usual UK / American reporting. As for the dramas... never mind them. Suppose the whole thing will be almost useless when the sporting seasons finish though.

Speaking of satellite, at Devils Advocate they have a South African channel that shows evertying - FA Cup, Champions League, Cricket, Rugby, EPL, you name it. Anyone know how to hook that up?

Oh okay! They may have a few different cable servers connected there so that they can pick and choose what to show?
