Hi,
as many companies, they are good at trying to get new customers, but of course once you suscribed, it gets very hard to reach them.
What I usually do is I contact the customer service as a new customer who is interested in suscribing (chose options in the menu), and then when whoever picks up (usually very quick), get kind of pissed off saying you have a complaint to file and say you don't want them to give you the number but connect you directly, and just say you're not going to hang up and wait for them to connect you directly, very often they can not hang up, just have to wait for the caller to hang up. It should work fine, but if not enough, asks for the person on the line for his name and customer officer id or number, that should do the trick to connect you directly to somebody who's gonna deal with your problem.
Hope it helps,

Cheers

Don't get me started about Now Broadband's so-called customer service... Have used the tactic of calling the new subscriber number several times with them after once spending what seemed like an eternity on the "customer service" line and eventually getting bumped off. Works like a charm and I've never had anyone get snippy with me. (Maybe it's because I sound so bolshy when I have reason to call for a technician...)

Weird, have never really had a problem with them. What time do you folks call? Do you know 9pm-Midnight are the busiest hours?

That's probably because their Netvigator broadband customer service close up shop at 9pm and everyone calls NOW broadband CS instead just out of frustration.

Usually tried calling in the morning. It's been a while since I've had a problem though. Maybe things have improved.

I actually got a follow up phone call once to check if my problem had been resolved from the day before. Of course, I had to wait about 10-15 minutes to get through.
