Working odd hours

Anyone here work odd hours? As in graveyard shift/over night?

I just got myself a great job with a great company in the hospitaliry industry; only drawback is hours are 11pm - 8am.

I would love to hear/meet some of you who might be in a similar situation or work in hospitality/tourism or who ever has tips for me to help deal with the lifestyle that would be required for me to make this work.
