Va Bene in Lan Kwai Fong is excellent. It is on D'Aguilar Street up around the corner from Stormy Weather. It is a bit pricey, but the food is terrific!!!

I've always been reasonably impressed by Zefferinos. But then I then to go on the days that they have specials with HSBC credit cards, so it is better value than usual.

I like Jack's Terazza in Wan Chai (Building next to Sun Kun Key Centre). Pizza is... a bit strange, but pasta/service/dessert/salads are amazing! Jet fresh seafood is also to recommend.

Armaroni's (not sure about the spelling) is very good., It comparable to anything you can find in the states. Food is great with good size portions. It is in the Festival Walk Mall in Kowloon Tong

No, I agree. "Comparable to anything you can find in the States" is a good reason NOT to go to an Italian restaurant in my view. Amaroni's is pretty basic stuff - just marginally better than Fat Angelo's, but that ain't saying much (they are both "never mind the quality, feel the width" type places).
