| | Mmhhh... I was hoping they will wait until its cold, but my property agent told me it might be closed from Oct 1st onwards. It should be still pretty warm by then... at least warm anough to go for a swim If October is true, I will have only 3 weeks to enjoy the outdoor pool after I move in... | |

| | | If I remember correctly, the outdoor pool at Blue Blue Club does close around October. PI is even better if you are a dog owner.
The Angsana Spa is an incentive for me personally. I work in Mong Kok, so the commute is a bit long.

(and kinda cheap for 500/hr). it's an amazing pool, very hip, even better than places in southbeach/miami it seems. commute to mongkok isn't that bad is it? although i'm used to about 1 hr commute in general back in the states - so nothing seems THAT bad in HK. :-) i love PI because you feel like you can 'escape' from reality when you get home -- especially via boats. :-)
p.s. i heard there is another shuttle to Tsuen Wan MTR (separate departing location than the main bus terminal) - has anyone tried? how much?

The bus is actually 'under the first bus stop' coming from Tsingyi or Kwai Fong. If you walk to blk 15 or 16, you'll see a tunnel like road, the bus is around there.

| | I used to be stuck in traffic going to work in Redwood City from S. San Fran. Guess I have a higher expectation in HK. The ferry from Central is great. Too bad I don't work in Central. Can't wait to try the direct shuttle to the airport. | |

| | Before signing up for Park Island, make sure you go there when the wind blows from the East and aircrafts take off towards Kowloon.
As per ATC standard departure regulations, flights have then to climb straight up with full throttles over Park Island / Tsing Ma and make a right turn! http://www.hkatc.gov.hk/HK_AIP/AIP/ENR/HK_ENR1.5.pdf
You will then understand why rental turnover is unusually high there...
