Hi there,

I will be moving to HKG in FEB next year for a period of at least 2-3 years. Since I don't have any clue about the HKG property market here my question: Is it possible to get a nice, modern design, new two bedroom/two bathroom fully furnished appartment on HKG Island? My office is near North Point MTR. Location should be not too far from public transport and close to a park. I know I am pretty spoilt ;-)
