Nokia N-Gage

Hi! Just got here in Hong Kong last Sunday. Because nothing much to do after office hours and on
weekdays, I'm interested in buying a Nokia N-GAGE. However, I can't find any in Central and Causeway
Bay..=( Haven't checked Shang Shui Po and Mongkok yet..
Anyone knows where to find a brand new one? And idea on the price? Thanks. =)

Don't do it man! I use to have one, but sold it soon after. The games are way too over priced for it to be of value. If you are going to buy a hand-held console for games to pass time, go for the PSP or Nintendo DS as they offer a much better games catologue, and still growing. If you are going to buy a phone, get it to make calls and thats all. Too many people are buying mobile phones because of the camera or games, but they are only inferior versions of better products. I would suggest waiting a few months until the new Xbox 360 console is released, though you'll have to save a bit more....but it'll be worth it. The PS3 wont be out until next year.

Thanks for that quick reply Baron.
I already have a normal mobile phone, and was just wondering that if i'll get a nokia ngage, at least it's also a phone and a gaming device at the same time. (unlike GBA or PSP)...
About the games, no problem about that.. i have loads of games for N-gage already (rayman 3, requiem, etc...). These are crack versions that just have to be put in the MMC in order for them to work...=) i know it's illegal but can't help it...haha...anyway, i don't distribute them...

You don't have to defend yourself to me, i've 'borrowed' a few games in my time Thats not so bad then, as its cheap as chips compared to originals. I know a guy back in Oz who says he has copied games for the PSP now. Been meaning to find out more.

Just been round the mobile phone centre in Mong Kok (Argyle street), not an N-Cage in site, not even second hand.
Why not go for the new Game Boy Mini.

I saw a couple of N-Gage's in the windows of a couple shops in TST's Nathan Rd. No prices, but bound to be overpriced if down there. Check the electronics shops in the Ocean Plaza buildings in TST, i think theres some there also.

Hi Baron, I confirm that there are copies of PSP games, that took time but they finally did it, of course we shouldn't use or get those, and if we have these they should be "back ups" of games we bought only
