Lets see, we have about 10 refugees that have made it in some form or another. That leaves about another 10 on this list of us INN people. That is to say a core of 20. We are hardcore users, we check the site more then once a day on average. Finaly, we create regular traffic, which attracts other people (nobody likes a dead site).

From there there must, and will, be a general upsurge in unrelated IR refugees. Finaly there are the people us 20 core people rope in others from IR that are more distantly related. And again, these are many of these are regular posters.

In short, considering the numbers we represent (current and potential), I would not be so dissmissive just because a drama queen cried to mommy because becuase he got called a name.

Signal to noise and quality over quantity come to mind. Right now, this traffic from IR refugees does not meet any quality or signal metrics we have.

I seriously can't believe how badly you IR people are taking this. Applesauce, you really need to get some balls man! You cry about everything and email others to back you up. I thought AC was fine, but you obviously want to stick with old friends and thats fine. The only IR member to offer ANYTHING was Moriarty, who i hope sticks around. As for you Drambuie_man, i think your imagination has gone bad, coz if you really believe your importance is vital in this site's survival, i beg to differ. If anything it would be people like you, applesauce, likely girl and Dr Watson that would ruin it. I am more than happy to upset you, but that would break the rules. Moriaty emailled a few of us to invite us over here. The least I could do was let him know why I wasn't sticking around. It was not so it could be reposted here, but as he did, I thought KIA may as well get a view of why I think the hypocrisy of giving you the latitude to bitch your way through a thread that has nothing to do with you made the site unpleasant.

As for offering nothing to anyone at all, your arrogance is astonishing. Clearly you were too frightened by the prospect to ever find out.

We are walking away, but in return for providing us with a little bandwidth for a few days, it seemed respectful to let admin know why. Basically that boiled down to you. The others from this site that came and contributed to the thread seemed fine and felt no need to throw cheap shots. You did. Frankly I'm not sure why you felt so threatened but insecurity is your own issue.

Even with all that, I was happy to put it all down to getting off on the wrong foot and opened this Inn specifically to give everyone a second shot. Instead of that you had another go at those who hadn't even posted in the new thread. You not only bitch but prove you are incapable of shaking hands and giving them a second chance.

As for the comments of some, we seem to have forgoten IR was not a pancea. We delt with our share of people who need to be taken down a notch or two before. I am sure we can do it again.

I for one will stick around, partly because I like what I see. However I will readily admit its partly due to the loyality to Morarity and the leap he took to actual lead us.
