Unfortunately, the HK park is so far away from 'civilisation' that this option makes little sense. All infrastructure nearby is owned by Disney and even if one takes the MTR back to Sunny Bay station, there is absolutely NOTHING there.

They also close some rides if there is rain. Being in the place it is also, will mean if a storm hits it'll get pretty wet out there.
