Looking for an apartment with a budget of 12-14K, atleast semi furnished, ab 700 sq ft onwards but in lovely area preferably with some greenary either in HK or Kowloon but not in new territories.. Gimme ideas pl.....
You can get a decent sized apartment in one of the more affordable housing estates like Chi Fu (plenty of greenery and good transportation) or South Horizons. Or look at some of the buildings in Pokfulam, around Pokfield Road.
