Question advise needed

I have permission to work part time from the immigration authorities.Do i still ahve to change my visa froma dependent visa or can it remain the same since this is just a part time job..

Err ... why not ask the person / department that gave you the permission?

if they have granted you the permission then you dont have to change your whatever visa you have got at the mo....hope the permission is written because if they get all pissy with you later then you can easily shove that on their faces.

hey thank you so much, but i hope ur sure coz am really rattled... but since the immigration didn't ask me for my passport i guess its okay..and yes i have it in writing..

If it is a dependents visa, you are entitled to work full or part time as you wish.

As long as your status remains as is, you have nothing to worry about.
