Where can I buy good quality reprints or original old Hong Kong photos (1930-1970)? the ones i saw on the street (eg Stanley Market) are poor quality reprints not worthy of putting up on the wall...

Try the shops on Hollywood road. (I suspect they're the same quality as Stanley Street).

been to the Hollywood road, it is full of Mao posters and some old cigarette advertising (very nice though) but haven't found many photos... cheers!

Walk on Hollywood Road, away from the escalator towards Sheung Wan .. on the same side of the street as The Globe. You'll see a couple of small shop selling all sorts of junk... including reprints.

there is also a shop in Elizabeth House, Causeway Bay that has old photos - not cheap though...
