My 77 year old mother will visit shortly, thinking she would like a favourite knit sweater repaired...any tips on where this could be done? Also, recommendations on custom shoes in a plain but not completely ugly(!) style for someone with podiatric issues?

For shoes you can try Dr Kong. They have a store in Windsor House in Causeway Bay and I think another in Festival Walk

Thx Rani ~ there's one close to home. Might have a regular paid made at a cobbler's too to get some more style.
