| Of course this is possible. I did it like this in Harbour Plaza North Point.... No problem at all. |

| Harbour Plaza is a hotel, most landlords do not take credit cards. |

| you'd have to take a cash advance on your card to pay cash to the L/l....but keep in mind that with cash advances, you pay interest immediately |

| fancy developments might have mangement that could take it, but even that is doubtfull because you're signing with an individual owner, not the mgt co. |

| Thanks for all the input guys. I guess I will have to leave that money in cash (and put something else on credit). I thought we had budgeted well, but some of the money coming in won't be until a few weeks after we need the deposit money. BTW what is Harbour Plaza North Point like, very interested as we may be staying there? Hottie |
