Tell me why!
Can someone tell me WHY after 1st July 2003 a dependant is not permitted to take up employment in Hong Kong, unless permission is granted by the Department to do so? Why did it change?

General unemployment in Hong Kong and the basic fact that most other countries do not allow dependants to work (US for sure, and I belive the UK too).
