Wondering, how cum you also have the "ck" in your nick name?

I was in misery in Hong Kong due to the lack of good Vietnamese food. I was poiled by all the Pho places and Vietnamese restaurants in Northern Virginia/DC and found many of the HK Vietnamese places had altered the dishes to more local tastes in Hong Kong.

Any recommendations for some authentic places?

Pinguinsix: You are right!!! It's hard to find authentic Vietnamese food in Hk. They are all localized to the taste of HK people. Another reason is many herbs and ingredients are not available in HK. So the best VNese food in HK is ... at my home

And my home too...hehehe

Anyway, i'm sure you know Pho Saigon right? I find this place 60-70% close to authentic food. It is because the restaurant ran by a vietnamese, and some vietnamese working there as well.

Te^n Vietnam la gi? Minh la Uyen.
