Yey, another Eastcoast transplant! I miss Pho 75 in Herndon and all the yummy Viet restaurants around Eden Center. And you're right, all the pho wannabes here in Hong Kong has been very disappointing. The only place that is palatable is Nha Trangrestaurant in Central.

Hi there, I am vietnamese and moved to HK from london, UK.

About VN food, i cant believe no one has mentioned nem. I can eat that thing all day.

Kowloon city has some good thai/viet rests. Otherwise Pho Saigon (opposite sogo) is pretty good for a bowl of pho.
