hii.. im holding indonesian passport and my husband is british passport holder but he have hk id card (3 star), he plan to seek a job there - i have quetions, please help me..

1.HOw long can i stay in hk with indonesian passport(with tourist visa)?
2.Can i use my husband company for sponsor me to apply hk visa when my husband already have a job?
3.Wht documents should i bring when i want to go to hk?

Cause on this december we just want to look arround hk,do i need a statement letter tht i have place to stay in hk or just need a flight ticket. Cause we have families tht live in hk.So i'm not gonna stay in hotel. Please help and give me information coz this is my 1st time to go hk.

Some of the basics can be answered on http://www.immd.gov.hk

You can apply for a dependants visa once your husbands visa has been approved. You'd need documents like marraige certificates etc .. check the immd website.

thanx a lot for reply my mail. I read in da site tht u gave-its show tht indonesia can visit hk on 30 days, but why there's a site i saw it indonesian only 14 days.which one is true...making confuse now...

i'm indonesian too i've been here for three weeks now. i enter with visa tourist which is given for month. School where my husband work sponsored us. won't take long. us only took two weeks and very easy process.
