Place near Sheung Wan

I'm thinking of accepting a job in HK. I'm trying to see if the initial offer is OK so I'm considering rental costs, first and foremost. Is HKD6.5K a month ok for a 2BR apartment, furnished? Can't find any that are near or accessible to Sheung Wan though. Any kind advice? thanks a lot.
