| | | Apartment with sea view, swimming pool and gym? Hi All,
Planning to move to HK from Zurich in November. Just want to find out how difficult my apartment seach is going to be. Looking for
1) Sea view
2) swimming pool and gym (other sports facilities would definitely make life worth living)
3) Not really looking for a big apartment, 1 bedroom (750 Sqft) should do fine.
4) Commute time to business district- not more than 40mins.
Max budget HKD 20,000
Is it possible or am I just dreaming?
Cheers,

Is there a introductory document on various islands and places to live?
Best regards,

| | | You should be able to find something within your range at places like Belchers and some of the new locations on Kennedy Town etc. Take a look at gohome.com.hk or centanet.com | |

Thats the one I was thinking about. In your budget and easy commute to the MTR line. | |

| | | also possible in Discovery Bay a little more expensive than Park Island but I can send you an agent's (or two) contact details (for either Park Is or DB) if you email me.
Commute from Park Island about 20-25minutes ferry - DB about 25 - 30 minutes

| | | Iceman,
I live in Manhattan Heights in Kennedy Town, the amenities are excellent, great pool, squash courts, internet access, clubhouse, complimetary bus service into Central (after initial registration)
We have a sea view overlooking Kowloon and it is spectacular. We pay 12,000 per month for a 2 bedroom (one is really a walk in wardrobe).
Hope that is of help. If you would like I can give you the number of my managing agent, our landlord owns several apartments in the block. Let me know.
