Thumbs down Sailing
I'm moving out to HK in September to study, and i've just discovered that HKU doesnt seem to have a sailing club.

I gave up on sailing when i moved to London a few years back, but with Hong Kongs waterside location i'm determined to get back into it.

Does anyone know anything about the sailing facilities/ opportunities in HK (other than there being a RYC there), pref. for dingy or race class boats...

haha. there may not be a sailing club but check out the yacht club : ) ...im sure there some slight err...shall we say less costly gatherings. but check out locations like middle island off deep water bay and stanley.

ABC currently has sailing deals
I know that currently if you want to get into the sailing scene, the special sailing membership deals at the Aberdeen Boat Club are very good. Plus it's a smashing place to go and make friends -- very unpretentious, very welcoming...
