I didn't see a member's introduction forum so I guess I'll post here. If posts like this are supposed to go in another forum, sorry, please move it =)

I just happened across this forum while searching the net and I'm glad I stopped by. Seems to be a cool community and a place where I could ask a question or two.

Anyways, I'm just saying hello, my name is Clay and I've just moved to HK a week ago from the states. I'm 24, male, never been to Europe or Asia before, so I'm quite excited and slightly overwhealmed. So far I have gotten an Agent and she found me a small apartment in central, and has shown me around a bit. I made my way out to LKF last night and spent way too much money and had way too much to drink haha

Anyways, I run quite a few websites for a living, and all of them have forums, so I'll probably be pretty active here as well. Is there anyone else out there my age? Any advice at all would be great.

Hey clay... Yes ur in the right place... We have a bunch who go out party and hike... Please keep checking the posts and u can get in touch of the party makers and dinners... If you feel left alone msg us and we can catch u up for some dinners we have...

Hiya Jane,

I was born and raised in Texas but spent the last year in Oregon. I'm actually part of a small startup internet company which has moved to Hong Kong. Our office is in Central and I've just found an apartment there as well. I'm currently staying in a hotel in wan chai until tues or wednesday when I can move in my apt.

Yeah it would be cool to hang to meet up with some of the people here - It seems like you guys have a lot of fun together. Everyone in Hong Kong has been very nice so far, even with the language barriers I definitely don't feel like an outsider.

How about you guys? I'm curious as to what brings other people here and of your experiences so far in HK.
