Golf : Didn't Prashant give you some crops to burn? If he "forgot" ... let me know .. I need to beat him up. I usually just burn them when I have reason. ========================================= Note to everyone attending Some ground rules need to be set on how the payments are going to be made. We do not need a billing nightmare with people walking in and out and nit-picking on the bills .. "I only had a glass of water and a leaf of lettuce" might not work too well. I've recommended that alcohol be served on a Cash on Delivery basis... Jessica is working on the details...

I agree KIA, alcohol can be done on COD terms regarding checks, it might be a good idea to split the group into "regions", say 4 checks depending on your seat location... just a suggestion... and by the way, Prash did not give me any of Cuba's finest. He'll be there tonight and I will join you in pummelling him just kidding prash, youre still #1.

| Note To Everyone Dear all, Here is my suggestion/recommendation As we are having a large group of people, some may come in early, some may come in late (it doesn't really matter); but some will leave early and "forget" to pay for their share - this is a matter !!! In order to avoid "billing nightmare" when I have to chase everyone round the town to get your share, please be advised that we will have the following arrangement for this evening: - Please contribute HK$250 at the time you walk in, which included two glasses of "red" wine (if anyone who doesn't like to have red wine with pizza/pasta, you can order other drinks - two glasses) - After everyone has their two glasses, you have to buy your own drinks on COD basis. - A glass of red wine is between HK$40 - HK$50, don't forget they have 10% service charge on EVERY SINGLE order; - When we get the bill, if everyone's share is LESS than HK$250, you will all have the refund on the spot; - But, if everyone's share is MORE than HK$250, all of us will have to contribute a bit more. * Try not to come in TOO late or leave TOO early - as KIA have said, it is not a walk-in-and-out gathering. According to my experience in dining at San Marzano, unless you drink Champagne or many expensive wines, HK$250 per head should certainly be enough. Desserts are FREE for tonight anyway! If anyone has any problem with the above arrangement, please feel free to let me know. Hope the above arrangement suits you all! Looking forward to seeing you all... Jezzzzzzzzzzzzz! Jessica. | sounds fine to me... I think this way would be a lot easier... how is the meal system going to be set up? individual dishes or "chinese style"??? |

Golfduke - Yes, it will be a lot easier to manage!!!! As for the "style of meal"... unless you want to have your INDIVIDUAL order (you can if you want), we will all share antipasti, salad, pasta, pizzas, desserts (only soup you can't share I suppose). Each of you will have your own plate. So, I guess the "Chinese style" you mean is people use the fork they eat with to pick food. No, it's not that way. Vegetarian dishes will be served on "different coloured plates" (easy to recognise) adZ - Thanks!!!! Glad it suits you! Last edited by Jessica Adams; 21-07-2005 at 12:35 PM.

>> you are only allowed to get the food with the "comon fork/spoon" Now that is way too much detail to go into.
