| | Xav : Come down to the Bodega and I'll make sure the manager personally gets a chance to hear your comments. | |

| | | I guess the place on Lower Albert is Ole. The food is quite good, but two caveats:
- the owner will try to push you to take the special dish fo the day, which, when you get the bill you find is twice as expensive as any other dish
- they refuse to serve tap water. (I took this up with the licensing authorities, but unfortunately, unlike the UK, it is not a requirement here that restaurants provide water free of charge.) Because of this I refuse to go there any more.
For me the best Tapas place (a mix of traditional and "different" tapas) with a great wine list is Boca on Peel Street. Far better than Bodega.

| | I agree that the tapas served in Boca are very good! Boca is also a nice place for wine, large selection! Not a noisy but warm and friendly place to hang out with friends. We should try it sometimes!

Even when I had a boss (about 6+ years ago) I had a rule. No meeting or client to keep me working beyond 6pm on Friday. I have walked out of meetings saying "I have to be somewhere else" on Fridays at 6:01pm.
Folks, you need to set these rules to protect your sanity in this place.

| | | Interesting to see how many Tapas bar names have been thrown up in ths thread. Ole, Bodega, Boca and Pokfulam. Perfect for an evening Tapas bar crawl San Sebastian style | |
