It depends what you mean by "endorse". But it's not illegal in Hong Kong, and it fulfills a market need that isn't going to go away. And I have been known to avail myself of the service. And there isn't a clear distinction between sex in return for drinks/dinner/a night on the town and sex for money directly.

So, yes, in those senses I guess I do endorse it.

Having said that, "Paying them mind" in my version of English means something completely different from your explanation, so I did initially misunderstand what you were saying.
