We are moving flats in HK and would need some help moving our >50boxes in a few weeks time. Any suggestions for cheap and reliable movers?

Also, as we are moving out of a serviced flat to non-serviced, looking for a cleaner to come and tidy up approx twice a week, in Central. Any ideas where to find good a cleaner?
