| | | From the BBC website:
"Tony Blair is to fly to London, describing the attacks in the capital as barbaric terrorist attacks timed to coincide with the G8 summit".

| | | Am still in the West End of London, most of the shops are closed and there are no buses in zone 1, all the tubes are suspended as are trains into london.
Sky news is the best up to date info. Most peoples phones are not working and in fact some of the land lines are not working properly so don't panic if you do not get a reply from a loved one. I suggest every one in UK changes their outgoing ansa machine message temporarily to say they are OK and stop people trying to vall them from panic - if you can still get through. I just managed mine on Vodaphone.

| | | Just to put this in perspective, anyone you know in the UK is about 100 times more likely to die in a normal land transport accident this year as to have been involved in this incident. | |
