i cant eat too much fast food... Every time i eat it, it makes me feel sick... Plus i am out with customers most times for lunch, so they decide what to eat...

Its all good though, just frustrating because everyone loves taking the gweilo out for traditional lunch. After a year here, its not so traditional to me anymore haha...

I can't remember the tones, but it has something to do with eating good food (but in a very humorous way) , so make sure to make the hand motion of putting food in your mouth... Perhaps like a popsicle :P
