Can you let me know if it’s possible to get part time work in Hong Kong in a restaurant or coffee shop on a tourist visa?

Everything's possible, but that is illegal and would lead to immediate deportation for you and big fines for the employer if you were caught, so it is not celar why the restaurant owner would want to do it particularly if you don't sepak Chinese.
