Question wanted!!! job hunting advice for designer/artist/advertising specialist

Hello everybody!
I really need help or advice! I want to move to Hong Kong for life and working because i fall in love with this city and it's a bit difficult to come here twice or more a year not no feel really sick otherwise.
I'm currently live in Moscow and I'm Russian citizen, but i know English very good (second mother-tongue), i know German (not bad), Serbian (understand-read-translate) and this year begin to study Mandarin. I'm an a graphic designer and an artist (both commercial and non-commercial) and have more than 5 years experience in advertising and publishing design, worked with many international brands (especially fashion and parfumes), last year as a junior art-director, i know Russian advertising market very good, also have an experience as a copywriter for TVC, but... i can't find job already for a half of a year using both Internet resources like http://www.jobsdb.com.hk , http://www.classifiedpost.com and HR agencies... Main motivation for "no" is lack of "working permition" and noone wants to help me to get it. I know that market is full with designers but is it so unreal to find such a job in Hong Kong? Does anyone know hints, tips and tricks?
I will come to Hong Kong again this Agust without any hope to stay, in fact i'm in despair...

i know english very good- classic!

Most people in the advertising/design industry are a bunch of smoke blown pretentious flunkies hanging on to their jobs by not employing people with any talent. Unless you are very, very good and/or are willing to work for pennies then you may find something. Otherwise it'll be tough.
Saying that, do not give up hope as some people are lucky and find the guys who truly want to push the creative envelope and are open to new talent. www.media.com.hk is a good place to start- link to their job openings as well as the links to recruiters such as Aquent.

Thank you very much for the link! I won't give up and continue to do my best at least not to feel any regrets for untapped possibilities in future.
