| I booked the flight from Bangkok to Siem Reap online at http://www.bangkokair.com/en/. In most cases, it's cheaper than going through agencies. Note though that it is a budget airline, but they speak good english. On my last trip, there were a lot of foreigners on the flight. |

| hey i went to angkor on my gap year. i went to thailand first though so went across the land border which during the summer i wouldnt advise. the border there is err... interesting. hard to get through without being scammed and with backpacks you bake in nice outdoor waits. haha but def an exp. we managed to convince a van to take us from cambodia side border to siem reap. the roads suck and we broke down twice. looking back was pretty comic (the guy stored water in the front to chuck onto the engine when it overheated). |
