hi,
can anybody plz help abt this.........
just a few days back i came to know that..........if any person had entered into a tenency agreement b4 9th july 2004.......then the landlord need to serve 12 motnths notice (called TTN) to terminate the agreement.
how far it is true...and to what extent i can be benefited from this..i am in appt from 2003.
