I'm searching for an inexpensive function room to hold a non-profit group gathering for about 5 to 8 people. It would ideally be near Lan Kwai Fong, but I'm open to Sheung Wan, Wan Chai, and Causeway Bay.

Would anyone know of a place that rents out by the hour, or evening?

Group therapy/discussion. We might need some chairs and perhaps some floor space to do breathing/stretching exercises.

Try the Foot Ball Club in Happy Valley, I have attended several functios there and they are very good at organizing things aswell, food, drinks, etc...

How about the dance/activity rooms in public sports centres?

Not sure about chairs but they have judo mats

The FCC has a couple of rooms that would fit the bill, and it's very close to LKF, but I'm not sure if you or one of the other participants needs to be a member there...
