What sort of volume are you talking about?

If its half a container or more, then you need to ship it over.

Some misc items can be sent over as unaccompanies baggage on CX etc.

Air Cargo is definately the most expensive option.

Gimme a day. Couple of folks from HKIndians were with shipping companies.

70Kgs is not a lot, infact shipping companies deal with container loads (seen them on the ships in the harbour?) and not in kilos.

Your best option may be to contact Cathay or whatever airlines you're booked on and ask them how much it costs for unaccompanied baggage.

Is oversized baggage a headache that can spoil your otherwise pleasant journey? That should not be the case at HKIA. Passengers can save a huge amount of expense by shipping excess luggage using the Unaccompanied Baggage Service (UBS). From a pool of major international airports, passengers can specify which destination their luggage should be sent to. Located at aisle K in the Check-in Hall, the UBS counter provides this invaluable service from 9.00am to 11.00pm daily. For details of the charges, please call 2769 8681.
