you must be thinking of Katiga Street in Hunghom , Sung Kit Street-cheap and cheerful it makes for good night out.
Actually the main joint is called Katiga but its kitchen is shared by several other outlets on the street

It serves best sushi and sashimi in town. um... , well, very very expensive, but, it worths! | |

It has an awesome amount of space and looks worth checking out, which I was unable to do last night as I had a rendevous at Saigon. | |
