Moving back to HK and will have two kids in HKIS high school. Also have a big dog. Any suggestions on apts or townhouses that would be close to school and have good areas for dog walking?
Anywhere on the south side would be convenient. Have a look on South Bay Rd, rents have fallen and there are quite a number of good deals. Other areas include Deep Water Bay, Shouson Hill, Repulse Bay and Stanley.
If you work for an American company, have them send you the latest issue of the AmCham magazine. Has a comprehensive list of places Americans tend to stay in (hint... south side) along with latest rents and costs.
