Most of the shops in Bali will offer shipping -- locals cant afford those exhorbitant prices.
If the shop does not offer shipping, move up the food chain and look for a factory or wholesaler. We know people who have bought half container / containers worth of furniture from them.
No clue about Australia .... they tend to be more fussy and given their local market worry less about shipping overseas than the Indonesian / Thai shops.
