Have you used Export-a-Pet?

We're getting ready to move to Hong Kong with our two cats from the US. If you've used Export-a-Pet, can you tell me about your experience? What was it like and were you happy with it? I'd also love to hear if you've used other companies as well.

thanks in advance!

I haven't used them myself but I know many people who have and I've never heard a complaint.

We used EAP to bring our 2 cats back to the US when we left HK. No problems, in fact they were exceptional. The cats were on a different flight than we were due to layovers and EAP handled everything perfectly. In fact, their flight was cancelled and EAP took care of booking them on another flight, kept them overnight waiting for the flight, AND refunded me $100USD because the new flight was less expensive. Can't ask for better than that!

One word of advice...send them in separate bins not together. Everyone gets testy in close quarters on a long flight.

Good luck and have fun in HK. We miss it terribly.

These people are VERY professional and VERY good. I have used them a few times to move my dogs back and from the US. Several of my friends have used them as well and their service is excellent.
You can keep bothering them for all the info you want and they will keep faxing and emailing you until you are satisfied.
I highly recommend them.

thanks to both of you. I have in fact been emailing them like crazy the past few days. It feels like I don't have all the info I need but now at least we have the import permit. I don't think they are booking the cat's flights - or at least they ahven't said they are but i'm relieved to hear that have been so consistent!
