Apartment needed at end of August!

Hi!
We are looking for a one or two bedroom apartment from late August onwards. Preferrably near a MTR or KCR station, as we will need access to the Chinese University of Hong Kong in the fall, after December we will need an easy commute to Central. We have excellent rental references, and we are very responsible!
Any help is *most* appreciated!!
