| Haven't seen vodka sauce in City Super or Oliver's. Best to make it yourself. Heat the butter till it foams slightly, add cream and pinch of salt, and add the vodka and let it simmer for a few mins allowing the harshness of the alcohol to evaporate leaving behind a tasty essence. For extra flavour add a drop or three of vodka again before serving. Try using Absolut Pepper vodka or vodka infused with chili for kicks |
