Hi,

I'm movig to HK next month and am looking at accomodation options. Does anyone recommend a good agent to work through as the one I have contacted appears to have too much business to reply!

I'm probably over for 6mths so am looking for a fully furnished (not serviced as I don't think I'll have the budget for that) nice place.

Is it true that when you are quoted a price by an agent it is expected to be negotiated? I've heard stories of people being quoted 13kPM and getting it down to 9kPM. Seems that the agents wack on as much as they can?

DB is 20-25 minutes away from central by direct ferry arriving at IFC.

I am the owner, there is no agency fees and no three months deposit!
