A friend from Moscow wants to visit me in June... Since the travel / visa regulations for Russian citizens are really tough, I m wondering how it works for Hong Kong.

Anybody have an idea?

I think the best is for him/her to ask the Chinese embassy/consulate over there. Would you blindly trust anything being said here?
